The Ford Drive 4 Ur School event will take place Saturday Sept. 8th from 10:00 -- 3:00. Ford will donate money to the school for every test drive. Thanks for Mike Murphy Ford for sponsoring the event.
Come out and brave the elements tonight to cheer on the Turk football team vs Fieldcrest. Kickoff is set for 7:00 pm. At halftime, a special dedication ceremony will be held as the Tremont School District renames the press box in honor of the late Dick Muselman.

Tremont football lost a tough season-opener 14-13 at Dee-Mack. Turks travel to Fisher next week.
Tonight is Back-to-School Night at THS from 6:30-8:00. Parents will be able to follow their student's schedule. Each "class" will last 6 minutes and there will be 4-minute passing periods. We will begin with an intro in the cafetorium at 6:30. Schedules will be available.
Yearbooks are available for pick-up in the hs office for Class of 2018 graduates who ordered them.
THS volleyball defeats Midwest Central for second win in two days. Turks are now 2-0 to start the season.

Boys 4x800 relay placed 6th at state meet today. Great job Turks!
Congratulations to the boys 4x800 relay team for qualifying for the finals at the state track meet.
Girls track team finished 15th at state meet. Fishing team finished 18th out of 66 teams at the state competition. Way to go Turks!
Congrats to the girls 4x800 meter relay team - state champs! The girls won by a comfortable five second margin. Winning time 9:44.07.
