The 23-24 season begins Wednesday, August 2 @ 7:45 am at the HS track.  

Practice from Aug 2 to Aug 11 will be from 7:45-9:00 AM each weekday.  I would like runners to try to work up to running a mile without walking before the first day of practice. 

Reminder: runners cannot participate in practice until a current Sports Physical is completed.  There is also an athletic fee of $60.
